§ 30-70. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Officer includes, in addition to the definitions set forth in IC 9-22-1-2, employees of the code enforcement department of the city.
