§ 58-330. Persons who qualify as physically disabled.

  • The following persons qualify as being physically disabled for purposes of this division, and shall be entitled to all of the parking privileges authorized by this division:

    (1)

    A person who has been issued disabled veteran registration plates by this state or any other state, and who displays the plates.

    (2)

    A person who has been issued a special registration place or placard bearing the international wheelchair symbol by this state or any other state, or any political subdivision of this state, and who displays the plate or placard.
