§ 58-355. Issuance of municipal parking lot permit.

A municipal parking lot permit shall be issued under the authority of the city board of public works on an annual basis for an annual fee and upon such other terms and conditions as the board of public works may from time to time determine, and shall be issued through such city agency or department as the board of public works may designate from time to time. The holder of such a municipal parking lot permit shall be entitled to park his vehicle to which the municipal parking lot permit was issued in any unused parking space which is not specifically reserved by posted sign, indicating an exclusive reserved parking space, in any of the municipal lots listed in section 58-575(6) in which parking by municipal parking permit is allowed as indicated above. The holder of such a municipal parking lot permit shall not be entitled to the exclusive use of any particular parking place or to the exclusive use of any space in any particular parking lot.
