§ 62-469. Rate I, industrial power service.

(a)

To whom available. Available for all industrial customers taking service through one, three-phase meter with a monthly billing demand greater than 149 KW.

(b)

Rates. [The current rates, charges and adjustments for rate I, industrial power service shall be according to a schedule of rates, charges and adjustments, as amended from time to time by the common council, and made available for public viewing in the city clerk's office and/or the city utilities business office.]
