§ 101-61. License required; annual renewal.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to engage in business in the city as a building contractor without first holding a valid annual license as required by this article.

(b)

Annual renewal of the license shall be required of building contractors for each year, defined as January 1 to December 31, if they wish to engage in business in the city.
