The annual fee for a building contractor's prelicensing registration shall be established
as part of the schedule currently on file in the city building commissioner's office,
the payment of which shall be placed in the general fund of the city. The annual fee
shall be valid January 1 through December 31.
(b)
The annual fee for a building contractor's license shall be established as part of
the schedule currently on file in the city building commissioner's office, the payment
of which shall be placed in a special nonreverting fund to assist in the implementation
of this article or other costs within the building department. The annual fee shall
be valid January 1 through December 31.
