§ 117-104. Maintenance of permanent measures.

All stormwater/erosion control management facilities must be maintained by the property owner to ensure compliance with the requirements of this chapter and accomplishment of its purposes. Maintenance needs may include the removal of silt, litter and other debris from all catchbasins, inlets and drainage pipes, grass cutting and vegetation removal, and necessary replacement of landscape vegetation. Any maintenance needs found must be addressed in a timely manner, as determined by the city.
