§ 2-444. [Internal control policy established.]

(a)

The City of Mishawaka, Indiana hereby adopts the internal control policy attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.

(b)

The controller is directed to ensure that all personnel receive training concerning the internal control procedures adopted and approved herein prior to December 31, 2016.

(c)

The City of Mishawaka, Indiana hereby adopts a materiality threshold of $2,500.00 for purposes of the internal control procedures adopted and approved herein.
