§ 54-20. Permit required.

No person shall construct any private entrance, driveway, or approach connecting with any highway, street, or alley in the city, nor shall any curb along such highway, street, or alley be cut or removed without the written permit of the city engineer, and then only in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the city engineer.
